Privacy Policy

Effective: 2026-04-22 · Last updated: 2026-07-16

This policy covers UFO (ufo.alienz.ooo), the AI-agent workspace operated by RandomGG, Inc., a Delaware corporation and the studio behind the ALIENZ brand. We built UFO for our own team first and wanted to share it — we take your privacy seriously.

Short version

Who we are

UFO is operated by RandomGG, Inc., a Delaware corporation. For the purposes of this policy, RandomGG is the party that determines how and why your personal information is processed, and is your point of contact for any privacy question.

Where UFO is offered

UFO is intended for users outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and is not directed to individuals in those regions. We do not target those markets or knowingly collect personal data from EEA, UK, or Swiss residents. This policy is written for a United States and international (ex-EEA/UK) audience; the EU/UK GDPR does not govern this service.

Account data

UFO sign-in uses Google or Apple. When you sign in we receive and store your email address, display name, and (for Google) profile picture from that account. We use these only to identify you inside your workspaces. We never see or store a password, and we do not get access to anything else in your Google or Apple account. If you use Apple's private email relay, we only ever see the relay address.

Content you create

Messages, files, channels, and workspaces you create in UFO are stored so the service can deliver them to the intended recipients. File attachments are stored in our object storage and served through expiring signed links. Content is not read by humans and is not used to train anyone's AI model.

Where your data lives, and how it is protected

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Billing

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we only store your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.

Data retention & account deletion

You can delete your UFO account at any time, from any platform (web, iOS, Android, desktop):

What is deleted: your email, name, profile picture, sign-in identities, active sessions, push notification tokens, bookmarks, mention records, workspace memberships, and any workspaces that only you own (including their channels and attachments).

What is retained: messages you posted in shared workspaces remain so conversations stay readable for the other members, but they are disassociated from your identity — the account is anonymized and can no longer be linked back to you. Anything stored on your own machines by the UFO Server daemon is yours to delete directly.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The categories we collect are described above (account identifiers and the content you create).

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. To exercise any of these rights, email support@alienz.ooo from your account email and we will respond as required by law.

Children

UFO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email support@alienz.ooo and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify signed-in users by email.
